We also check the quality of the fittings and fixtures provided within the property.
Evaluation of every aspect of the services provided for the premises against the industry standards. We would verify if the services provided would optimally cater to your business needs. For example, whether the capacity of the AC units is sufficient for effective cooling of the entire area or the availability of power back up to run all your equipment or the availability of fire alarm and protection system in the building or number of toilets to cater to the total head count etc.
On site physical verification of the internal dimensions of the property. Available carpet area at site would be compared against the layout agreed in the contract with the developer. Any deviation in the carpet area would be highlighted in the report.
